NoBakeLeni wishes she was the best baker in the family, but the real master of the sweets is AhYumBanAnna.

Simply put: Eat this cake. Love it.

Recipe: Peanut Butter Bananarama Ice Cream Cake

Inspired by Cookin Comically’s Bananarama

2 cups Chocolate Ice CreamPie:

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 1/2 Bananas
  • Reeces Pieces
  • Chocolate syrup (for topping)
  • Chocolate Graham Crackers or another favorite cookie.
  • ¼ Tsp of sugar
  • 1-2 Tbps of melted butter
  • Also, spring form pan.

How To:

  • For a crust, crush your entire package of graham crackers. Stir in about ¼ Tsp of sugar and 1-2 Tbps of melted butter. Stir together and press into the bottom of the pan. Some say to bake it but I didn’t and it turned out delicious for the birthday boy.
  • Peel about 3 ½ bananas and cut them into slices. Lay the bananas on wax paper in a single layer and freeze for about an hour. Take a plastic bag, place inside a good amount of Reese’s Pieces, and crush them however you can/want and set aside.
  • Take the bananas from the freezer and toss them in a blender and blend! Scrape the sides and what not and blend until decently smooth. Add in slowly the final ingredients, a generous 1 cup of peanut butter, 2 cups of chocolate ice cream, and the Reese’s Pieces and blend again. Adding them in a little at a time works best. Stop to scrape the sides for a taste test.

  • Decide if you want more peanut butter, like Whiskey Beard would, or chocolate ice cream, like NoBakeLeni, and add more until it tastes awesome. Spoon the ice cream into the crust, add extra Reese’s Pieces on top and freeze until hard. When ready to eat, drizzle chocolate syrup over the cake, figure out how to stick candles into frozen ice cream and enjoy!
